Pricing

We don't have a price yet. Here is everything else.

MyDMC Pro is pre-launch, so putting a fake number on a pricing page would be the easiest way to lose your trust before we have earned it. What we can tell you: what Indian agencies currently pay, what drives that cost, and the pricing commitments we have already made.

The market today

What travel agency software costs in India.

Useful context whether or not you ever use us. These are the going rates for subscription software across Indian agencies, gathered from published vendor pricing and buyer guides.

Typical monthly travel agency software spend in India by agency size
Agency sizeTeamTypical monthly spendWhat that usually buys
Small agency1–5 people₹3,500 – ₹5,000 / monthUsually a single tool — a CRM or an itinerary builder — with Excel doing the costing.
Mid-size operator6–40 people₹15,000 – ₹40,000 / monthA stack: CRM, itinerary tool, accounting add-on, sometimes a booking engine on top.
Large DMC40+ people₹80,000+ / monthFull suite with booking engines, API connectivity and marketing automation.

Custom-built software is a separate market — typically upwards of US$10,000 as a one-off build, and you own the maintenance afterwards.

What moves the number

Four things that decide what you pay.

Worth understanding before you sign anything, with us or anyone else.

01

Number of users, not number of bookings

Most travel software is priced per seat. A five-person desk pays for five seats whether it sends 20 quotes a month or 200. We think that punishes the agencies that grow fastest, and it is one of the things we are still working through.

02

Which modules you switch on

Nobody needs all nine on day one. A desk running only enquiries, itineraries and costing should not subsidise the operations and accounts modules it has not turned on.

03

Setup and migration

Loading your rate cards, past itineraries and client list is real work. Some vendors charge a separate onboarding fee for it. Early access members will not.

04

Currency risk

Global platforms bill in EUR or USD. A rupee that moves 6% turns a fixed budget into a variable one, and you cannot claim input credit on the GST you never got an invoice for.

Already decided

Six things we have committed to, price aside.

The number is open. These are not — they are constraints we have set on ourselves, and we will hold to them when the number lands.

Ask us where pricing has got to
  • Billed in INR, with a GST invoice you can actually claim input credit against
  • No per-booking or per-traveller fee — your growth is not a pricing event
  • Pay only for modules you have switched on
  • No separate onboarding or migration charge for early access members
  • Founding-member rate locked for two years from the day you start paying
  • Nothing charged while the product is in early access

Nothing is payable during early access. You will not be asked for a card, and you will not be charged while we are still shipping the modules you signed up for.

Pricing questions

The ones we get by email.

If yours is not here, write to hello@myhomestay.ai.

How much will MyDMC Pro cost?

Pricing is not final and we are not going to invent a number to fill a page. It will be billed in INR with a GST invoice, priced against Indian agency economics rather than converted from a euro price list, and it will sit within the range small and mid-size Indian agencies already spend on software. Early access members lock a founding-member rate for two years.

What does travel agency software normally cost in India?

Broadly: a small agency running one tool spends around ₹3,500–₹5,000 a month; a mid-size operator running a stack of CRM, itinerary and accounting tools spends roughly ₹15,000–₹40,000 a month; a large DMC with booking engines and API connectivity can pass ₹80,000. Custom-built software is a different market entirely, typically starting around US$10,000 as a one-off build.

Is there a free trial?

Not yet, because there is not yet a complete product to trial. During early access we will run one of your real enquiries through the platform and send you the output, so you can judge it against what your desk produces today without paying anything or starting a trial clock.

Do you charge per booking or per traveller?

No. A commission on your bookings means your software bill grows every time you have a good season, which we think is the wrong incentive for a vendor to have.

What happens when early access ends?

Early access members move onto the founding-member rate, locked for two years, and are told the number well before it applies. Nobody gets auto-charged at the end of a trial.

Work in progress · limited early access

Want to be told the number first?

Early access members hear the pricing before it goes public, and lock the founding-member rate for two years. If the number does not work for your desk, you owe us nothing and we part on good terms.

What early members get

  • Founding-member pricing, locked for your first two years
  • Hands-on migration of your rate cards and past itineraries at onboarding
  • Direct line to the product team — your workflow shapes the build order
  • An honest status update every time a module ships, and when one slips

No card, no commitment, no trial clock running. We will only invite you in once the modules you actually need are ready.
